Posizione veramente ottima: a piedi si raggiungono in 15 minuti la stazione ADO, in 5 un grande supermercato e la principale fermata dei collettivi

Soggiorno semplicemente inaccettabile e, per certi aspetti, allarmante. I gestori della struttura sono stati di fatto assenti per tutta la durata del soggiorno: dal check-in al check-out non c’è mai stata una presenza reale o un’assistenza adeguata. Qualsiasi problema è stato gestito con superficialità e scarso senso di responsabilità. Le condizioni igieniche sono gravissime. Asciugamani e lenzuola erano sporchi e macchiati, segno evidente di una mancata pulizia e di totale mancanza di rispetto verso gli ospiti. L’acqua rappresenta un problema costante: spesso non arrivava affatto e, quando arrivava, era quasi sempre fredda, anche lasciandola scorrere a lungo. Una situazione del tutto incompatibile con un soggiorno minimo dignitoso. L’appartamento è completamente privo di finestre, rendendolo soffocante e poco salubre. Questo aspetto non è adeguatamente evidenziato e incide pesantemente sulla vivibilità degli spazi. La cucina è di fatto inutilizzabile, poiché non è presente un fornello adeguato per cucinare. La situazione più grave riguarda però l’igiene e la sicurezza alimentare. Dopo solo mezza giornata dal nostro arrivo, nonostante la massima attenzione e pulizia da parte nostra, abbiamo trovato una colonia di termiti che ha invaso il piano cottura. Questo ci ha costretti a rinunciare completamente a cucinare e consumare cibo in casa. Nei giorni successivi, abbiamo inoltre trovato diverse blatte all’interno del cassetto dei piatti, un fatto estremamente grave e inaccettabile. A fronte di tutto ciò, abbiamo chiesto di cambiare appartamento all’interno della stessa struttura. Inizialmente ci è stato detto che non vi fosse alcuna disponibilità. Solo dopo aver verificato autonomamente su Booking che questa informazione non era vera, la gestrice ha ammesso l’esistenza di un’altra sistemazione, proponendola solo per il giorno seguente. Nel frattempo, non è stata fornita alcuna soluzione concreta per la notte, nonostante le condizioni oggettivamente invivibili.

Muy céntrica. Cerca de la playa y la central de ADO. Varios lugares buenos para comer. Dos tiendas de supermercado grandes.

No tiene agua caliente la regadera. Pero siempre hace calor , aún en Enero , así que no tan necesario.

It was very economical, the location was good and the apartment was clean ( but the sheets had stains even though they were clean). Yes, we took a risk with such a cheap accommodation, thought at first it was a last minute bargain as I hadn't seen the accommodation before on Booking, but heard from a yound European couple that they had paid the same amount. Would be suitable for young backpackers not for anybody else. The landlady's husband was very polite and nice.

The sheets were stained, clean otherwise. We just had bath towels, no hand towels, we got them the second day after couple of requests. There was no running water on the first and last morning, it took hours for the landlady to answer to my message about the lack of water. I had read the other reviews about very poor water pressure, and yes, it was really, really poor. Another thing I didn't pay much attention was complaints about noisy neighbor and it was maybe the worst of it, no sound proof and either the neighbor was deliberately listening to music and/or tv on a very high volume until late at night, or just was crazy. I had my earplugs and they didn't help. It's not suitable for

Die Lage war zentral (12min von ADO/ Meer) aber super ruhig. Ausstattung: kleine Küche mit allem Nötigem, um zu kochen. Bad hatte Handtücher und Seife/ Shampoo. Zimmer waren Mega sauber! Gastgeber waren sehr sehr freundlich, konnten mit allem sehr gut helfen ( toller Fischladen wurde empfohlen), dennoch sehr viel Privatsphäre. Draußen gemütliche Sitzmöglichkeiten Habe uns gefühlt, wie Zuhauses gefühlt.
