This place is clean and comfortable and priced appropriately. Alejandra is friendly and helpful. The aircon works great.

The WIFI is pretty slow. I didn't speed test it, but it was difficult to stream a movie on the TV.

Very kind family owners, the location is great, the room was perfect. This is an honest place to stay at a reasonable price.

Walking distance to either bus terminal and ferry to cozumel. Family run who live in the end unit. 7-11 just on the main shopping strip two blocks down. Has A/C and ceiling fan. Also skylight for extra light. You can rent bicycles from Wyndham hotel just behind the airstrip behind the guest house. Catch up on Netflix shows to stay cool indoors

Smell from bathroom drain

The room was a studio apartment basically it had a comfortable sofa in addition to the bed

Nice equipped studio. Includes comfy bed, sofa near TV and a bar table for dining with chairs. Good wi-fi, coffee machine, many sockets, suitable for working with a laptop. Smoking allowed in the inner yard, where you can find a table with chairs. Nearby 7/11, 1.3 km to the beach and 1.5 km to Walmart, 1 km to the ADO bus stop to the airport.

Sometimes water pressure isn't sufficient for shower, but most of time it's OK. But this problem is common in Mexico. Location is a bit hard to find, because there're no signs, but it's next to the car rental. Not much day light in the room, but if you spend most of day on the beach it's not an issue.

Nothing, terrible stay.

Such a rip off. Basically staying in a cave like atmosphere. Extremely loud and inconsiderate hosts. Just seems like someone's house with like 10 family members constantly coming and going.

I couldn't ask for a better location...2 blocks from the best supermarket, 6 from the ADO station (beginning of tourist area) and 2 from Benito Juarez. Everything is within walking distance! Communication was great, no issues whatsoever. Kitchen was fantastic, A/C was cold, wifi was strong, highly recommended!

The water pressure in the shower was weak, but adequate.
