Great location if you don’t want to be near the busy/loud area. Hosts are amazing and super attentive. The place is clean and with everything you need. Overall great option for a budget!

Can feel a bit dark from just having some tiny windows, but you are in beautiful Playa so just was in the apartment to sleep.

I liked the location of the property!Very close to the ADO bus station, so I could walk there on arrival from the airport transfer bus 15 min, or 5 min from colectivo or playa expres bus station in Playa de Carmen, simple check-in after 11pm!!Liked · The girl at the entrance and owner was very nice! She kept sending me whatsapp messages to check on me and to see if I need anything.This is a private rental, not a hotel, abaut 6 rooms, so the owner was extremely attentive about communication and arranging check-in/out.The place feels very safe and secure - there is a main gate to go through and then you are inside a private little complex with keys to your front door, owner family live in the same building.Had NETFLIX on TV, the studio is complete with things needed-WiFi was strong, AC keeps it comfortable at night.

Quiet neighborhood. Netflix. Comfy bed. AC not located above bed. Friendly host. Ado, ferry, beach only approx 1 km. Clean.

Wifi a bit slow, maybe fault of the company rather than the accommodation?! Kitchen very basic (one stove), but ok for some scrambled egg in the morning. Just a small window to the hallway, so no natural light.

Room was nice, pretty much everything we needed except water to drink.. there was a locked door in the closet to put our safe. I enjoyed alternate lighting (bedside) which is not common in most places The owner (?) was very mindful throughout our stay. maybe slightly far from the attractions but the area is calm

we cooked and had to be mindful of the ants coming but it’s Mexico, normal ! the front door is very heavy and makes a lot of noise at night which can startle anyone.

The attentiveness of the host, the apartment is clean with all amenities.

i liked the location of the property. very close to the ADO bus station so I could walk there on arrival from the airport transfer bus the place is in a quiet neighbourhood so you sleep peacefully at night - 10-15 minutes walking from the beach and very close to a huge supermarket. lots of local pleases to eat close by too. the place feels very safe and secure - there is a main gate to go through and then you are inside a private little complex with keys to your front door. i liked the cupboard also had a lock on it. the host was very responsive and helpful and had a sweet family that I think live in the same building. they allowed me to check out later which was very helpful and kind. the bed was comfortable and there was AC and a fan and there is Netflix on the TV - the wifi was strong enough for me to work remotely too lots of towels were provided it’s good value for money

there is only one stove top so you can only heat one pan at a time. - you can’t really prepare a proper meal unless you want to use the microwave BUT I don’t use microwaves: I like to cook the old fashioned way. there could be more utensils like a vegetable peeler and a wine/bottle opener. the host should provide a broom/dust pan and maybe some washing up liquid so it’s easier for guests to clean up and keep things tidy - I probably could have asked for one but kept forgetting the room is VERY dark. it has no windows that let in daylight because it’s inside a sort of compound. i didn’t want to spend much time inside because I found it a bit depressing. if they could create a skylight it would be great. the water pressure is a bit low but I think it’s a local area issue
