ENTIRE 2BR CONDO UNIT@8 SPATIAL CONDOMINIUM

I love that we had a comfortable stay with my family. All appliances are working and clean. They also provided us with extra towels, blankets and two mattresses. I also like the idea of having sodas and ice for sale in the fridge and cup noodles, it was really convenient for us since we came from a long hour trip and were tired of going out. Glad I found this affordable condo. I highly recommend this place. The host was very nice to us and we had no problem with our stay.

Kindly check the laundry machine, it does not automatically turns off when changing cycles. We have to turn on/off the water to change from washing to rinse.

The aircon are noisy and behind the unit has a bus terminal that is too noisy in the middle of the night ,and if u do laundry u need to go to the rooftop where there is designated area, on which is not comfy for me its different than most condo unit i been experience, the room i book is x6 for people that allowed to stay, but i only with my mom and my other sisters and nephew only come just to use the facility and not meant to stay overnight , however the pool only allowed us to only use for 3 people , and i not use everyday as much as i stay bcs i busy touring in the city, the unit provide us a free to use rice cooker and utensils however i find it that the owner has a very strict policy towards her unit and i not comfortable, the faucet underneath where u was the dishes has leackage on which it needed to repair, the owner ask me to pay half of it in which i decline i find it is not our fault and therefore i disagree lucky the owner understand the whole scenario after i explain , according to her that her unit was fully equipped before we rent , but once we use the condo unit there is especial water drip while u use the faucet down below..over all what i can give is 5 by 10 thanks

Noise around midnight coz behind the condo is a bus terminal it creat a noise in the middle of the night and the rooms itself is not sound proof
