The responsive agent who is looking after the property

It was not the unit I expected .. I was not informed beforehand that the one I booked is not available. The shower curtains are dirty.. not hot water in the shower..

The Location was good. The room is pleasant. The host is good and friendly. The host communicated so well and quickly responding to any concerns and even helped us accommodate our family at the Clubhouse during our quick visit and making sure that we won't pay anything extra. We sure appreciate that gesture of hospitality.

I will say this to help the host evaluate and improve with proper organization of the room in the future for good. Didn't like the brooms right next to the door when you enter the room. Since the facility has a washing machine wished that there are at least available hangers. Well, we have seen people carrying their laundry to the rooftop for drying but we don't know that until we talked with other occupants in the elevators. The Kitchen utensils especially forks there were three of us occupying the room, but we only have two forks, and there's only two towels too. My suggestion is if some of the utensils be taken out and put the most basic needs/ utensils, so the Kitchen have a little extra space.
