Location and the pool are excellent.

Parking is 300php per day

No breakfast. We ordered take away. Dolores was very efficient and lovely. She is very accommodating.

My family who checked in comprised of 4 adults and one of the bedrooms was only one double bed and my 2 sons are both adult and very tall. There could have been 2 twin beds was a better option. My other son had to get another unit to get a comfortable bed rather than sleep on the floor. The mattress for the extra bed was very small and uncomfortable.

Condo facilities were inadequate, badly need repair or replacement, and unit had musty smell in one room.Bathroom leakage, refrigerator did not work, AC units extremely noisy, one unit had its covering fall off in the middle of the night. AC units need to be replaced. Shower curtain filthy, had mold, I ended up buying my own curtain. Towels need to be bleached. Guards at front gate were unpleasant during our entry on first day, told us we were not registered and had to wait in car at the gate until we were allowed in. Person in charge of the condo who was supposed to meet us did not come to see us until the next day. Cleaning lady came instead - she tried her best to address our concerns but told us she only did what she was told by the person in charge. I strongly suggest to the condo owner to visit the unit so repairs/replacement can be made before the next tenant moves in. Note the fridge that is there now was taken from another unit.

I like the place. The owner and the caretaker were very helpful. My kids enjoyed the pool. We love the small place. Almost everything that we needed was there. That was our first time in a condo unit. Thanks, Ms. Rose.
