Booking & operator ask to cancel... say no room after comfirm.....

can't even check in. the owner of property is rude. call many times but no answer. after some hours, suddenly asked me to cancel and call booking customer service.

First didn't get the keys for the house The owner is too busy to reply We had to book another hotel at the last minute Refund still not processed 0/10

we don’t even check in, or step into the condominium. they don’t allow check in until 5-6pm, but website shows 3pm. Contact through Whatapps and collect extra deposit from us, i transferred, they just told me can’t check in on 3pm. then i want to refund, he agreed, we waited from 14/10 until today 18/10, just want him to drop a message on booking apps chat, mentioned that he agree with the fully refund so the customer service can proceed with the refund. He just CANT DROP A MESSAGE! he says NOTED on whatapps and not doing anything to help refund. i’m not sure is it a fraud? the booking been complete luckily the customer service still help me follow up everything and wait for him to pick up the phone. they called them everything, many times, but no pick up. if this is how you do business, i doubt if you can get more customer.

A few hours later waiting for him to reply he told us to cancel the booking, i drove so far from KL to Penang at this happened to us. Was very tired and how could he asked us to cancel the booking, we keep on calling him but he ignored it, i already paid for the booking and deposit a month ago. It's a big scam, booking.com also never refund us. Very bad services!!
