My confirmation booking is done also do the payment early 2days before.. at 2.30pm im chat with property, they say no unit, hello we stay on monday, working day, not weekend. Until 7pm im waiting for the the, i already pay rm200 deposit but didnt get the key.. property people talk rubbish, drive to kl and whatever.. im also with my kids and baby . U hold me until 7pm.. what hell with the property. Why booking com take my booking and money but no unit..

When I made the "booking" on website, the room was still empty and the price was very reasonable, but after whatapps to check in the owner asked for a deposit payment of rm200. After a while the owner whtapps said the room was full. After the deposit was given! Before the room deposit was paid, the owner should have told me that all the rooms were fully booked. This is very inconvenient for customers to have to wait for the deposit refund! This is very sad.

I made a confirmed booking for that date, but upon arrival, the property owner refused to allow us to check in. The owner was unresponsive for several hours, ignoring my calls and messages. After a very long delay, the owner finally responded, only to rudely and arrogantly tell us to cancel the booking ourselves. His behavior throughout the interaction was extremely rude and abusive, which made the situation even more distressing. Before the incident, I had already paid a security deposit of MYR 200 directly to the owner as required. Despite the fact that we never stayed at the property, the owner has refused to refund my deposit and continues to ignore my messages regarding the refund. Only got the booking after a week that too which so many follow-up. If you want peace of mind pls avoid this property, even booking.com should take partial responsibility to allow such listing in their side. Irresponsible
