Maritime Seaview Hotel by SS Setia Resort

Once booking, confirmation received automatically. After no check in details. No reply from the management by Mail. Go check at property and ask security guard say office closed. Message to the phone number in the e-mail ask to cancel the booking and ask for refund. After never follow up regarding refund. This is look like purposely let IT happen. Keep messaging me asking staying although t never stay at all. Hiw come they never know all this issue But can message about review the place.

It really sucks. Nothing worth booking this hotel. You'll sure have horrible experience. Booking confirmed but no one answer the handphone number or messages. Reached there, no one at the counter and you have to deal with foreign guard. We were have yo cancel our booking after 6 hours waiting

Very bad services. Dont stay here. Deposit till now i dont get it back yet. I book with full payment but cannot check in. 1st the host told me to check in at 6pm. Then the host told me that they have technical issue and dont give any solution to change unit. When i ask other unit then the host told me to add on another rm300. Wtf! Very very very bad service. Niw i have to begging for my deposit!!!!!!
