the stay on 08/11/25 . but the property agent named muhammad faisal bahurdin really with bad respond dissapointed us . at the very last minute he said there is no unit left . we prepared everything for my bridal meet up with my clients. during check in he just said no unit left . how stressed and worried i am that time . i cant forget that moment . my clients all waiting for me . at last disappointed. also the respond we get from the property agent is so sooo bad . he was keep on saying no line and disappeared when we need his reply . he just left like that . even i paid rm200 deposit and till now havent receive from booking.com side . i already called more than 4 times to refund my deposit . but no any feedback or refund . so bad !

The properties didn't take any customer anymore. told me last minute and i need to find accommodation for the last minute even it was peak times due to school holiday

Useless host. They didn't pick up the phone. Finally I have the find other hotel for stay. My advice, just delete this host from booking.com list.
