VILLA BRATTHOLMEN

We are still speechless about our trip to Villa Brattholmen - it was such an amazing stay there!! It is such a beautiful old Villa that is beeing renovated with love for the Details directly at the sea. Chris was one of the nicest and most helpful hosts I have ever met. Totally recommend!!!!

Great location on the water - dock with patio furniture for guests. Short walk to small grocery store. Very clean and quiet. Would book again when visiting Bergen Norway

Lots of space for kids to play outside. Very homely with character. Beautiful location. Easy access to Bergen with a car

The apartment is above the main house. Completely private and was not a problem for us at all

The location is beautiful, right by the sea. There's a parking and access from Bergen is very easy. The host was wonderful. Very friendly and gave us great tips. The apartment was very spacious, comfortable and well equipped, making us felt at home from the beginning. We also used the sauna in the morning and could not ask for a better way to kick off our day. We wanted to extend our stay, but unfortunately they were fully booked.

The view was great. I guess it is better during the summer because we stayed there in March. Close to Bergen city center by car.

The bed wasn't big enough for two people. However, we stayed in different locations and all of them had the same size. I am assuming it is very standard in Norway. The cleanliness was ok, I found a couple of dirty knives or forks in the drawers. The washing machine is not working properly. Therefore I wouldn't recommend using it. The shower is a little bit old but comfortable to use. For me, the most unpleasant thing was that the bedroom was shaking while a plane passed. And there was a small metal cabinet in the room. It was making noises during that.

It was clean, beautiful, thought through. Sauna was amazing!
