Everything was perfect, the owner is a very nice person, he made our stay exceptional. The apartment was fully equipped with whatever we needed. We enjoyed fishing there, and the owner provided us with all the tools and tips. Highly recommended, you will not regret.

Beautiful restored home on the water! Wonderful and responsive Host!

It's an old big house with rich history. We lived on the second floor and the family of the host live on the ground floor. The beddings are high quality and very comfortable for a good sleep during the night. We came late and just stayed for one night. After we checked out, the kids still wanted to hang out on the property. So we rented the motorboat and did the kayak. It's just fabulous! Marie, the host helped us all the time. She is a such nice and pleasant lady. It's a very nice experience talking with her and listen to her about the history of the house. We wish we can come back to this house again and stay a little longer next time we visit Bergen.

Beautiful spot

Thin walls but it’s an old home

We stayed at Villa Brattholmen for three nights with our two little kids. The appartment is ideal for families, located in a separate building and quite spacious. The kitchen is fully equipped and everything else you need is there as well. The property and view from the house is so beautiful, we felt like we were standing inside a picture book on Scandinavia. The best part however were the owners, who are extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful. The hotel is located a little bit outside of Bergen, but there is a bus stop and a supermarket right next to it. Overall highly recommended

The fjord right beside the house. Possible to go for a swim, sauna, jet ski. Table direct at the fjord. Very kind host who told some history regarding the property.

Everything was awesome, thanks Maria & Chris for the warm welcome and for having answered all our needs. The location is just perfect and the facilities (sauna, jacuzzi, SUP,,kayak, etc...) couldn't be better available.

Amazing location. Just outside Bergen, on the river/ fjord. The house was beautiful, lots of history. Had it's own jetty. We were able to borrow SUPs and kayaks to explore the little islands around. Then sit in the hot tub and watch the ships go past. I really hope to return. Hosts couldn't have been more welcoming. Lovely small , friendly shop 50m away
