A road along to apartments. the smell of old furniture around the resort. lift and room are so far. Slippery tiles.

"Disappointed stay!"

We was told to the resort reception our booking which is not under Pulai Spring Resort, therefore no breakfast provided and we are not allow to use the facilities. The unit is not provide any drinking water and kettle is not function, the entire experience is bad.

The host is rude and keep blaming and scolding due to i'm not awared to join whatsapp groupchat which he created in the morning when i was driving, when i contacted him to inform him about the premises kettle is broken and bed issues he got really mad and challenge me to check out immediately.
