The location. Near restaurant, 7eleven, 99speeadmart, aeon, Umall, mrdiy. Customer service. Very fast response. Very helpful. Full size clean fridge.

Furniture is old. The TV channels are barely working. Water pressure is so-so. Overall for rm500++ for 2 nights is a bit expensive. Dont feel like home. No wow factor whatsoever. Just basic homestay Just take note that if you book this homestay, hotel amenities such as pool (except for 2nd floor pool), sauna, etc is off limit. Need to pay extra if you want to use it. Food at their cafe is bad.

"MISLEADING ADVERTISEMENT and I am very disappointed with the owner of this property Mr Raymond!!"

Only the photos.

The owner’s attitude and his misleading advertisement. Very disrespectful as if I am a low class citizen trying to stay at his place. Our condo is better! We were scammed thinking that we booked a 2 bedrooms with pool view apartment, because we received the email confirmation from booking.com. Instead, he WhatsApp me and said only 1 room with garden view. He use the title as POOL VIEW 2BR to scam people. I have reported this to booking.com and asked for full refund. I will report this case to the tribunal, don’t think we Malays are afraid and not smart. We live in a better condo than your ugly place. I want FULL REFUND! He blocked me when I am trying to communicate with him. Give me back my RM328!!!
