location is the only reason I book this room because it is near to UTM and all rooms under resort were fully booked.

The bidet in the toilet not practical at all. I don't like the Towels and toileteries The sofa has stain marks. Nothing interesting to watch on the television. Furnitures are old. Closet has bad smell. I know its cheap but I had no choice since all rooms under resort are fully booked.

The toilet is smelly as well as the main hall. The toilet flushing flow somehow got the problems. The floor is dusty. Must be improved. Thanks

Price and somewhat resort feel.

Only one lift service for the facility. Place is old. Only one pillow each and flat like pancake. Sleeping was uncomfortable. Lots of ants at kitchen. Two big cockroach, one at kitchen and the other in master bedroom. Cobweb and dust outside entrance door. Rusty hook inside bathroom just next to door.
