Everything at this property was Amazing! Quality finishes & touches throughout the entire cottage. Everything you could possibly need for your holiday was here. Lovely personal touches such as fresh flowers, homemade shortbread & a roaring fire we got there & there following day. Which we really appreciated. Gorgeous views, comfortable beds, spacious, great kitchen & great location

We absolutely loved every aspect of our stay. It is a few minutes out of town and set on a property which overlooks a pond that gave us a beautiful reflection of the sunset. We were greeted by a burning fire, a cheery decor, fresh flowers, breakfast items and a coffee pod machine. We highly recommend this property for your stay in Te Anau

This place far exceeded our expectations. It was basically a small modern house. Fully-equipped kitchen, nice living room, large screen television, and two comfortable bedrooms. Bonus: a laundry room. But what really set this apart from other places is that it had a front deck with furniture overlooking a pond and yard with beautiful plants. The host had a fire going in the stove upon our arrival. We felt so spoiled and at home for our two nights here. We loved it!

We wish we could have stayed longer.

The view was incredible and the house was like a home away from home. Everything you could possibly need was provided. The decor was wonderful and the wood fire was an extra cosy touch.

This well appointed and gorgeous cottage has a wonderful view, friendly host, and charming atmosphere. The kitchen was well stocked, the shower great, and the washer and dryer convenient. We loved having a wood stove going. Did I mention the view was amazing? We also loved the duck pond and proximity to Te Anau. Our only complaint was that we couldn't stay longer! Thanks to Ian and his family for a great stay!

We loved it all

Outstanding, clean little cottage in a beautiful location to explore that area. The sheep in the backyard are a blast because she gives you a bucket of feed, and they will eat right out of your hands. We were lucky enough to witness the owners drive the sheep with their dogs, which was like poetry in motion. Highly recommend this place, and will stay again if we are ever back.

This was by far the best accommodation we have ever had in NZ. Ian and Sally have thought of everything and it felt more like coming home than a rental. The location is perfect, very quiet with lovely views in a rural setting. Our hosts were very welcoming and helpful with local knowledge. Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer.
