"Worst stay experience"

Room to some extent.

1. *Key Collection*: The process of collecting keys from different locations was inconvenient and time-consuming. It would have been more efficient to have a single collection point or on-site key collection. 2. *Lack of Welcome or Assistance*: Upon arrival, there was no one to welcome or assist us at the property. This left us feeling unwelcome and unsure of how to proceed with check-in. 3. *No Lift Available*: Climbing four floors with luggage was a significant challenge, especially after a long journey. The absence of an elevator made this experience even more difficult. 4. *Television Issues*: The TV was not set up, and despite reaching out to the reception for assistance, we received no response on how to fix it. 5. *Unresponsive Reception*: The reception was unresponsive during our stay. Not only were calls ignored, but at times, the phone seemed to be turned off altogether. This lack of communication is especially concerning as it made it difficult to notify anyone when we were leaving. 6. *Delayed Response in Emergencies*: In an emergency situation, the response time from the reception was close to an hour. This is unacceptable and could potentially put guests at risk. 7. *Security Deposit Policy*: We were not informed about the security deposit in advance. Collecting a deposit on the spot and then returning it only after seven days seems unreasonable and inconvenient for guests. 8. *No Air Conditioning*: After climbing four flights of stairs, we were met with a room that had no air conditioning. This made the experience even more uncomfortable, particularly after the physical exertion of carrying luggage up multiple floors. 9. *Limited Access with Physical Keys*: Having only one set of physical keys for the entire family was inconvenient, especially with the need to manage access up and down four floors. A more guest-friendly solution would be appreciated. These issues significantly impacted the quality of our stay.

The shower is awful, the water takes ages to heat up and you end up getting all the bathroom floor wet because of the angle of the shower and the lack of proper curtains. Besides that, the apartment has only a fan and no ar conditioner.

"A cozy apartment near the heart of Lisbon"

The apartment is beautifully done and ready to live with everything necessary for your stay. Everything is provided to cook, dine and chill. The flat is designed well and the bed is very comfortable. Plenty of storage space is available too. There is a beautiful view of the hill and the Northern part of the city.

Insufficient supplies were provided for our stay of 5 days. There were only 2 rolls of toilet paper, almost no dish soap, had to wash with hand soap the last day. Some of the kitchenware was broken and unusable. The gas boiler does not seem to work properly and the temperature cannot be changed. It’s almost impossible to shower as the water is either very cold or boiling hot.
