BmyGuest - 28 Tram Central Apartment

The location of the apartment is fabulous, many super markets nearby and not too far from the city center. Also, many beautiful view points of the city close by. The apartment itself is very comfy.

Having to pick up the keys from a center which is located 30 min away by bus from the actual apartment is not nice when arriving in Lisbon.

Everything was great! The apartment was clean, the bed in the bedroom is very comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need. You also have a beautiful view from the terrace!

The boiler in the kitchen is very noisy when hot water is turned on in the bathroom.

The property is in a decent location , the flat is big enough for 2 to 4 people. It's next to tram 28 route and near the metro station.

They have a late checkin charge of 30 euro . This was not obvious at the time of booking. The property is on the 4th floor of a building with no lifts. This was also not obvious while booking. The property does not have any air conditioning , although they provide fans etc which was enough for the time of the year we were in Lisbon , at another time that may not be enough specially as a flat on the top floor will get much warmer. While the property is clear , some elements could have been better looked after. For example , the bathroom door would not close , we had to use a shoe to keep it shut from the inside. The hot water is a bit of a hit and a miss , the shower suddenly turns very cold and then very warm. You would eventually get a hang of it but I would not feel comfortable in letting children take a shower by themselves. One of the plus point of the property is also a negative. It's on the route of Tram no 28 , while this is a convinnience from a travel perspective , the noise from the road starts to disturb you from 5 in the morning.

Only air con in bedroom! A lot of stairs when hot weather.

Nice, modern Apartment with all the kitchen utensils you need. The beds were really comfortable. The location is not far from the city centre.

We had several problems. First of all, 1 towel was missing when we arrived and the 2 other ones were dirty. I asked to replays them. After one day they brought the missing towels but the dirty ones were not replaced. Moreover, we stayed for 1 week and noone comes to clean or change towels etc. which is kind of ridiculous when your staying for that long. Another huge problem was that they did not provide soap for the kitchen and also no trash bags for the kitchen or bathroom?! You have to buy everything yourself which is kind of a rip off as you paying to stay in the apartment thinking they would also provide normals things like trash bags etc. but no. We also had problems with the electricity. It went out 2 times. So you must be careful to not use too many devices at once as everything will turn off. I'm sure this problem is not new to them, nevertheless noone told us that something like this could happen and how to fix it. I had to contact them and wait for their reply for 1h.
