"Avoid these scammers"

Location was ok

Photos are outdated and furniture is either missing or low quality. Inadequate cooking utensils provided for long stays and worst of all they scam your deposit when you leave for damage you haven’t caused. Lots of traffic noise, no lift to top floor and poor check in process which wastes time, property doesn’t have a key box so you have to go miles away to collect a key

On arrival, needed to go to the BmyGuest office to collect keys and sheets Extremely noisy even at night. Windows let in traffic and public noise. Wardrobe mostly unusable since one sliding door is jammed/broken blocking one half and also the drawers in the other half. Dressing mirror not mounted. Bathroom door does not shut properly and keeps opening. The bathroom shower gives cold water intermittently since the heater does not trigger in a timely fashion. Cold water goes to waste. Kitchen has utensils and appliances but nothing else (not even non-perishable items like salt/pepper, cooking oil, dish liquid, etc). It seems the kitchen is cleaned out completely after each stay, making it much less useful. Restocking it for a short stay would be wasteful. Ideal for 2 people. Much less convenient for more. Without a lift, reaching the 4 floor could be a problem for some.

"Nice stay"

Location is good, easy to get around with tram, metro and bus. Comfortable bed, love the little balcony.
