Casa do Poço Funchal

The accommodation is very comfortable, has all amenities you would need. The terrace and different outdoor lounge areas are lovely, with a great view. There are parking spots directly in front of the property. Luiz is a wonderful host who helped us a lot with tips for the area, recommendations for restaurants and a nearby supermarket.

Beautiful view, amazing host - Luis went above and beyond with the best recommendations and loved the pool. Can’t wait to come back

Walking up/down hills.....😂🤣 Obviously not the Casa do Pocos fault and as expected.

We liked the pool, even though the sunloungers were dirty and some were ripped

I understand that the apartment is an old building but this doesn't justify the lack of cleanliness. The bathroom had black mould on the tiles and the shower screen had thick soap sum on it. The overall impression of the apartment was unkept, dirty and not looked after. When we complaint about the lack of a fan our host was very rude in his reply, he even suggested to go out and buy one myself. The pool area, which could be great, is spoilt by stained and ripped sunloungers.

Beautiful house with various apartments. Beautiful view from the rooftop terrase and the garden. The apartment itself was very chic and very well equipped. Great communication with the owner. Veey clean.

We liked everything:) Just maybe to mention to the owner that it might be useful to put some hanger for the towels in the bathroom, but this does not decrease our grade for this accomodation
