Sintra Chalet

Very good location for taking train, tour bus, and restaurants. Complete facilities. Clean rooms. High value for staying the property for a family and group of people.

Sound isolation is poor for the property. Without lifter it is not convenient for people with limited mobility.

Great location and well-furnished. The flat was quiet at night, and the rooms were large and airy enough to make the stay comfortable. There are plenty of options nearby to eat, and of course the train station is a short walk away. We much preferred staying in Sintra to Lisbon.

I would stay there again quite happily, so there’s nothing to criticise.

Cleanliness of the apartment, beds/ pillows are very comfortable and the location is great.

Showers/ design would leave water on the floor.

Location was very close to train ststion

You had to unplug the hot water heater so you could use multiple appliances like the kettle, toaster, hair dryer etc. Could not really cook cause of slanted ceiling making counter space a premium.

Nice common areas in a great location, really near the center. Staff is super responsive.

Only one bathroom for 4 rooms. Not all the rooms have a mirror.

The location was really convenient, it's right around the corner of the train station. The apartment itself was clean. It had very cosy vibes, the beds were good and the shower was amazing.

We found the apartment pretty difficult to locate at first, but I think it was Booking.com that had the wrong address. After we found it we were very happy with how convenient the location is.
