ITNL-Zeer schoon -Bed is erg goed! -Locatie is prima -De eigenaar, Iri, is erg aardig en behulpzaam. Ze geeft je verschillende tips/adviezen! -Afstand tot het centrum prima te doen met Uber/Bolt voor ongeveer € 5 -Goede supermarkt, Continente -Gratis parkeren in de ondergrondse parkeerplaats + buiten. Als je geluk hebt kun je ook bij de ingang parkeren (stuk of 5 plekken in totaal). Of “op de helling”, waar altijd wel plek is. -Heerlijk (gedeeld!) zwembad -2 leuke balkons -Wasmachine (handig met al die hikes) + droogrek
-Wees je ervan bewust dat dit appartement onderdeel is van een groot appartementencomplex van 6 appartementenblokken. Hier wonen/verblijven dus tientallen mensen. Je hebt het zwembad/jacuzzi zeker niet voor je alleen :) -Er hing een briefje in de lift dat de jacuzzi vanaf 2 juni zou worden gemaakt, echter op 29 juni deed hij het nog steeds niet. Ik heb er dus geen gebruik van kunnen maken. Jammer! -Wees je ervan bewust dat deze kamer geen airco heeft (overigens wel 2 torenventilators), in deze prijsklasse (€ 170 per nacht) mag dat er wel zijn vind ik. Op warmere dagen (25+) was het daardoor wel beetje warm op de kamer.
BEEverything was perfect. The apartment is superb and very well located, with everything you need just a few steps away. Iri was very welcoming and took great care of us throughout our stay, even though our flight was cancelled and we arrived in the middle of the night. We loved Madeira and can't wait to come back. And it will definitely be at the Formosa apartment!

HUVery nice and comfortable apartment with spectacular view to the ocean. Ideal location if you want to discover the island. Our host, Iri was very nice and helpful.
GBApartment was clean, bright and comfortable with everything we needed. Infinity pool was nice and not busy. Host (Iri) was very helpful. Shop within easy walk and several restaurants within 10-15minutes serving great food.
Access to seafront from apartment was quite steep.
LTWe liked the location, cleanliness, parking. It is possible to keep the car either in the underground garage or outside. The hostess is very helpful and provided a lot of information. We had everything for an excellent vacations!
UAIri is a wonderful person from whom we rented an apartment. She helped us all, the apartment is clean, very comfortable, there is a fan, lots of towels, a very soft bed, a wonderful place to relax. Thank you Iri for all ❤️
