Localização e atendimento do anfitrião

Limpeza, pois havia pó em baixo das camas e mofo no banheiro. Temperatura dos quartos, pois os aquecedores parecem subdimencionados. Faltou cobertores, o que foi corrigido no dia seguinte pelo anfitrião. Não havia taças de vinho disponíveis.

"Très bon emplacement !!"

Emplacement Parfait !! Très proche des gares Sao Bento ( train et métro), accès à pied facile, proche commerces et de toutes services et commodités, plein centre Porto. Tout est faisable à pied et également en métro. Déco assez sympa, logement bien équipé, spacieux. Literie de bonne qualité, très confortable. Manque encore quelques petites finitions ici et là... ( Papier peint déchiré dans les chambres, certaines prises électriques mal fixées...)

Douche inadaptée (si vous mesurez plus d'1,60 m vous ne passez pas sous la pomme de douche...), la barre de douche très dégradée tient avec une vis à bois... Très moyen... A chaque douche, le sol de la salle de bain est trempé... Gros point négatif également pour le bruit de la pluie ( si malheureusement elle s'invite lors du séjour). Une gouttière goûte sur le toit voisin en tôle et fait un bruit insupportable...C'est dommage car sinon le logement est très calme, vous n'entendez aucun bruit de ville ou de voisinage. Balcon inexistant ( malgré ce qui est dans la description) Aucun verrou sur aucune porte des toilettes. Code Wifi noté sur la doc d'accueil non conforme. Vous trouverez les infos sous la Box.

La localisation est parfaite dans le centre historique. Le personnel est très réactif

Le logement manque d’ustensiles de cuisine t de couverts pour un séjour en famille.
