La posizione in centro.

Appartamento trascurato e sporco. Non è possibile avere sedie in sala da pranzo di stoffa macchiate: usatele di plastica o similpelle che sono lavabili. La stessa cosa per un divano sudicio perterra non utilizzabile per dormire e scomodissimo. La doccia è alta 1,70 m: troppo bassa. Nei bagni non esistono porta asciugamani né ganci per accappatoio: assurdo! Le pareti con carta da parati staccata e sporcizia diffusa. Attrezzatura per cucinare insufficiente. Inoltre, le finestre affacciano su 2 tetti sporchissimi che onestamente si sa chi li pulire mai. L'appartamento può diventare stupendo se investono in arredamento pratico lavabile e necessario come le attrezzature nei bagni. FATELO IN FRETTA!!!

Sehr schlechte Unterkunft. Sehr einfach eingerichtet, alles äußerst billig und einfach, vieles defekt. Zum Teil lose, nach außen hängende Stromkabel, sehr gefährlich. Kaputte Küchenschränke, Löcher in den Schränken, alles unsauber und unschön. Starker Ameisenbefall im Bad. Fast keine Fenster in der Wohnung, schrecklicher Ausblick. Diese Wohnung ist nur Abzocke. Die Bilder täuschen und der Eindruck trügt.

L'emplacement est vraiment top ainsi que la literie. Les propriétaires sont réactif.

La propreté n'était pas au rdv( toiles d'araignées, plinthes et dessous des meubles tres poussiéreux egalement le sol n'étaitpas propre!)je pense que la société de nettoyage ne fait pas correctement son job! L'humidité de l'appartement ainsi que la chaleur étouffante malgré les ventilateurs.
