Location and Staff, very helpful and professionell

There is mold in the bathroom, and no ventilation in the bathroom. The condition of the apartment requires repair and renovation, shabby walls, wobbly floor.

"Très bon point de départ pour visiter Porto"

Emplacement super sur le quai du Douro face a Porto. Grands espaces. L’appartement 02 est en fait deux studios en duplex avec a chaque etage une grande piece cuisine et chambre. 2 salles de bains séparées mais avec fenêtres et portes qui donnent sur les chambres. Petit déjeuner très bien livré devant la porte. Airco très bon.

La salle de bain du studio à l’étage est en très mauvais état. Des carrelages cassés, métal rouillé, cabine de douche vielle et surtout une odeur d’égouts catastrophique qui se repend dans tout le studio. L’appartement n’était pas très propre à notre arrivée (vitres sales, miettes sous la table, traces de mains sur l’armoire de la chambre, etc). De plus il y a peu de matériel de cuisine (verres, assiettes, couverts, etc). Vraiment dommage car avec un peu de rénovation et un nettoyage plus soigné ce serait vraiment top.
