El trato con Jaime muy bueno, resolvió unos pequeños problemas enseguida. La casa de tamaño y equitación también muy bien. La situación también es buena si no quieres estar en el centro de oporto

Un par de pequeños detalles de mantenimiento, que imagino repararan en el futuro. Cinta persiana comedor, alcachofa de ducha. Y como en otros comentarios, es una calle con bastante trafico, lo que hace que hasta las 1 de la mañana aproximadamente con la ventana abierta se escucha bastante, a partir de esa hora ya casi no se nota nada

We loved this property! The location is amazing! Stunning view overlooking the Douro River, close proximity to markets, food and tourist attractions. Everything about this stay was magical!

We had a great stay! The space was clean and comfortable, and the location was absolutely perfect—close to everything we needed. We loved it and would definitely come back!

We really loved the space – it was clean, comfortable, and the location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. However, it was a bit inconvenient that check-in wasn’t until 4pm, which meant we had to find somewhere to store our luggage for a few hours. On top of that, the code box didn’t work when we arrived, so we had to wait for someone to come let us in, which took some time. Once we were in, though, everything else was great and we really enjoyed our stay.

Location is perfect. Ideal to explore Villa Nova da Gaia and Porto. Parking garage virtually across the road.

Shower in front bedroom with a view was too small and not comfortable to use. Bin in the kitchen is small. Floor boards noisy. We knew when the tenants in the Apartment above were back 😉

Our stay in Porto was truly elevated by the exceptional location of the apartment in the Gaia district. Perched just beside the iconic Luís I Bridge, the property boasted unrivaled views of Porto’s stunning old town a UNESCO World Heritage site that looked like something out of a postcard from every window. The historic stone-walled building had such charm, and our river-facing room made every morning feel like a dream. Being just steps from all the famed port wine lodges added a flavourful, uniquely Porto touch to our experience. From the very first message, the staff were warm, responsive, and attentive, making sure every detail was addressed with care. Their hospitality really set the tone for a relaxed and memorable stay. We LOVED Porto!

While we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, there are a few details worth noting for future guests. The rooms would benefit from ceiling fans or proper air conditioning, as the portable plug-in units struggled to keep up with the heat. Additionally, there was an occasional musty odor near the entrance staircase, likely due to drainage issues installing a discreet deodorizer could go a long way in improving first impressions. A quirky aspect we encountered, not unique to this property, was the requirement to pay the local tourist tax in cash, without a receipt or formal documentation. We experienced this consistently across all our accommodations in Portugal, and while unusual, it seems to be a widespread practice. That said, these minor inconveniences didn’t detract from an otherwise wonderful visit. The charm, location, and hospitality won us over and we would gladly return for another stay.

Everything, very well located to explore the area. Apartment was well set up with very nice decor, The complimentary bottle of wine for us on arrival. The host met us and he gave us lots of information and recommendations. Would definitely recommend staying here.
