The best view in Gaia. Nice and clean with basic amenities. Easy access to the doors with electronic codes. Very close to public parking lot. Expect to pay 44 euros for 48 hours. In the 3 bedroom apartment you have a total of 4 bathrooms which makes it pleasant and comfortable for large groups. Cot provided for our little child. Susanna was lovely and very friendly.

The showers are tight, and some guests might find it uncomfortable. Not the most child friendly spot, as it would have been nicer to have some plastic plates and cups for the children. The stairs up to the apartment are easy to use, but one of them is caving a bit.

Location in the very center on the main promenade with a beautiful view from the window of the river and Porto, the apartment is tastefully furnished, spacious, the beds are mega comfortable. Breakfasts are minimalist (catering) but sufficient. Contact with the landlord is very good. Great accomodation! :)

Paid parking (multi-storey, plenty of spaces, very close to the location, but you have to spend €20 per day)

Cute place with beautiful views of the river and within walking distance of most places. We were reluctant to spend much time in the apartment other than for sleeping because of a very unpleasant sewer smell that started in the stairway and permeated the kitchen. We reported the smell but not sure if they were able to do anything about it. Upon reading reviews from past this issue seemed to come up quite a bit. Also the apartment did not have central heating and the space heaters that were there just barely warmed the place up. This was surprising to us and wouldn’t have been an issue if the weather hadn’t been cool and rainy.

Absolutely great location. Loved the ability to walk to everything Porto has to offer. Restaurants just down the stairs and the bridge very close. We enjoyed having a place to rest our feet in the middle of the day. The apartment was clean the beds were comfortable.

The third bedroom was not attached to the apartment so not ideal for families with children. We also had very little hot water which made showers quick.

Beautiful apartment with stunning "as advertised" views. Ideal for family. Breakfast was also very good value for money and freshly delivered each morning. Parking nearby.
