Unfortunately, the smell coming from the drains was quite bad. Hosts are aware and hoping to have the problem fixed. Otherwise a great spot to stay.

The locations sas amazing and it fit 3 couples quite well. Very clean.

Nothing was not good. À féw things could habe been better but the positives were numerous. Quiet despite the location. Views of the City remarkable

Great communication via messages to give all information provided.

It was a tiny bit noisy some nights in the front main bedroom, but nothing to keep us awake.

Amazing location. 3 bedrooms all with a shower room. Clean. Lovely hot water in showers. Great for a group.

No action taken when there were a few items missing or broken and the drains in 2 of the showers were smelly

Very nice and clean we live the decoration also well located. Mr Tiago was very kind and helpful person very good communication and the service was 🔝🔝. I really recommend this appartment we love it

Great location and view. The bed was super comfortable, very spacious with two bathrooms. Kitchen all step up, a nice touch with the coffee pods, wine and water. The staff was very professional and friendly.

Missing one remote control for the TV, not able to control the temperature on the first room, a bit cold. From the top toilet unpleasant smell _ definitely should be checked out.

The location is exceptional and very close to the vine caves and the main bridge. The host met us on the check-in and explained us all the details. Parking was also very close (100 m) and it costs 20 eur/day. The kitchens and refrigirators were nice and also small gifts from the hosts :). Wi-fi was working very well.

The cleaneless level was less than our expectation. The appartament didn’t have air ventilation and was a bit moist. The top bathroom had to be open all the time and had a bit unpleasent smell. The upper TV was not working.

Location was great and the view of Porto across the river was amazing.

Old and worn out furniture, particularly in the kitchen and bathrooms. Dirty plates and cutlery,, no power plugs in the living room! Noisy due to no sound isolation and our furniture was creecking when people walked on the upper floor. Did not feel comfy and warm.

It has a nice view, close to the main bridge

1) it has a sewer smell that no matter how many potpourri/ air fresher (we counted at least 4 on one floor!!!!) does not mask it!!!!! 2) the person who checked us in don’t really know the apartment well. We couldn’t find the remote and she has no idea. We couldn’t get the wifi working because of bad instructions and she was of no help, even gave us the wrong info. When we check in, she kept telling us to input the door code… for the wrong door. 3) the address is confusing. We were on the lower floor apartment but there was no indication (eg enter via xxxx street instead of what google maps tells you). So our uber driver dropped us at the top, and we had to lug our luggage all the way down to the bottom 4) stair cases- everywhere! Ultimately it was the bathroom that we couldn’t stand and the idea of getting that friendly but really clueless staff member to help that drove us to abandon our three night stay after one night and went elsewhere instead
