"Fantastic location and views but bed space is in the roof and challenging."

The location is fantastic - just minutes from Sao Bento metro and an easy walk down to Ribiera and the riverfront or past the Cathedral to the top level of the Luis I bridge and Vila Nova do Gaia. The kitchen is very well equipped. The terrace with fantastic view is amazing for morning coffee or evening wine. Even better than it looks in the photos.

It is a studio rather than an apartment so quite expensive for the space you get. The bed - and only a bed as the space is small - is on a mezzanine right under the roof. You can’t stand up and one person needs to climb over the other to get out. The stairs are steep and the glass wall is low and a little scary!
