The bar hidden away across the road git exceptionally noisy so much so that one evening the police were called

No A/C, noise from bar goers.

Great location, terrace, shops nearby, lots of greenery around. Washing machine, dryer. Very comfortable rest. The owner is very friendly.

The nature around the apartment and the position out of the city but close to Machico and the bus stops

A bit too hot in the room and too many mosquitoes due to the lack of mosquito net

Good value for money with all necessary amenities. The parking outside was easy and plentiful. The bed was really comfortable.

A bit outdated decor.

The apartment was tidy with clean bedding. A plus was the towel replacement every few days. The garden around the property was very clean and well-maintained

Kitchen equipment was very basic. There was a lack of essential items like an extra garbage bag for disposal, additional toilet paper or cutting board. A major downside was the lack of a jacuzzi, which was listed in the offer.
