Good location, very big tarrace, a bit used but comfortable for a couple.

Great location, near Machico, but as others have mentioned you really need a car. I would recommend this anyway as Madeira has so many stunning places. It’s a small space (think hotel room with a small kitchenette), but great for making coffee and breakfast. I actually liked the fact it overlooked the airport, really cool to see the planes taking off and they do not go late into the night. The cafe across the road is great and really handy. Views, like most of Madeira are beautiful.

Madeira unfortunately has a huge mosquito population and I think the property would benefit from some measures to help reduce this, they were a nightmare!

Location right next to airport which means noice. Also next door is a cafe that plays loud music constantly. Pillows are very uncomfortable - made of plastic? Only masquito net on one window - very hot and many masquitos so we got eaten.

Lovely apartment, with an amazing terrace, very comfortable and well equipped. The bed is extremely comfortable and everything is spacious and clean, with very good lighting. The tiny courtyard is a lovely bonus, making for a safe access point and a place to enjoy during the day if you wish so. Even if not all facilities were not available at the time of my stay (the jacuzzi for example), I missed no comfort and the host was very open, helpful and communicative about everything. I even had a bit of shower trouble, part of it my own fault and she was very prompt in helping me and offering options. Bonus: a lovely kitty is there so if you like that kind of furry company, bring treats ^^

More of a warning for sensitive people: the place is close to the airport so you can see and hear airplanes taking off. Nothing to be done about it of course and was not a problem for me.

It was a clean place, cosy location, the cat and the tortoise were an extra for my daughter.

The place is hard to get, long distance to any amenities.

Noisy nightclub opposite. Low flying aircraft. No fan in bathroom. Telly but no service except youtube. Poor facilities in kitchen if self catering. Scant support from staff.
