Ev iki kişinin kalabileceği büyüklükteydi. Konumu çok merkeziydi, yürüyerek çoğu yere ulaşılabiliyordu. Varışımız öncesinde Juan ve karşılayan Joana çok ilgiliydi.

Evin bulunduğu sokak çok pisti ve uyuşturucu satıcılarının yoğun olduğu bir sokaktı. Sokağa taksi ya da araç giremiyor. Gece geç döndüğümüzde bu tedirginlik verdi. Evin banyosunun havalandırmasının olmaması sebebiyle ev sürekli nemli kaldı ve nem kokuyordu.

Appartamento grazioso dotato di tutti i confort: cucina con macchina del caffè, letto comodo e nella doccia già presenti bagnoschiuma, shampoo e sapone per le mani. Inoltre, la notte non si sentono rumori. La posizione è centrale: in due minuti si arriva nella piazza di Rossio dove si ha la metro e i ristoranti.

Per raggiungere l'appartamento bisogna necessariamente percorrere una strada in salita ripida e con annessi molti scalini. Con le valigie risulta difficoltoso.

Ubicación muy buena, y el apartamento está muy bien cuidado y es bonito. Carina la encargada es majisima! Nos dejó hacer late check-out lo que nos vino increíble para disfrutar el último día.

Mucho ruido de las puertas y pasillos, lo que no nos dejó descansar un día. Escaleras muy pequeñas y altas pero con cuidado se suben, inviable para personas con movilidad reducida.

"Apartamento en Lisboa muy correcto"

Apartamento luminoso, ubicado muy cerca del transporte y sitios de interés, coqueto, amplio y bien equipado. Cama cómoda. Estupenda la temperatura en el interior. Dejan cápsulas nespresso, azúcar, sal, especias, aceite de girasol, fairy y productos de limpieza … Nos dejaron hacer check out tarde (16h)sin coste. Amabilísima la acogida por parte de Sony(nos envió recomendaciones). Nos dejaron un par de pasteis de nata.

El callejón de acceso,…da bastante respeto. Cierto es que aunque está frecuentado por indigentes y gente colocadísima, nunca se metieron con nosotros. Las almohadas, aunque hay dos para cada uno, para nosotros, mejorables(imagino que esto va a gustos). Las escaleras para subir son difíciles: súper empinadas, estrechas, con techo bajo… A nuestro criterio, coste excesivo por check in tarde(23:30pm= 30 euros).
