Bairrus Lisbon Apartments - Rossio

The location is amazing 1 minute from all the action but you don't realise it when you arrive as extremely quiet. A bit of construction is going on but does not affect the stay as you are gone during the day and will be finished soon I think.

Pity to arrive and find that the bathroom door would not shut do to flooding. But I guess this will be fixed, Some one had obviously tried to open is and the handle had come off. Apart from this great and with a small discount for this next time I would stay again. Also the stairs are really really steep and roof low good for the physically active not the old.

The most important and best thing of the place is first of all the contact with the host ,Juan! Never met an appartement/ accommodation host as friendly and attent as Juan! Second the place is clean, has every comfort you might need and is located at a good spot! In only 2 minutes you are in the heart of the city centre! We certainly will come back and will recommand it to all !

Le studio est Proche du metro

Le logement comportait des cafards, la vaisselle était en partie sale à notre arrivée. La rue dans laquelle le logement est situé est sale (poubelles non ramassées, odeurs...). Les voisins étaient très bruyants, jour comme de nuit.

Great location. Property was ideal with everything you needed. Lovely touch with the portage tarts.

Some noise from the renovations, but expected this from previous comments. No air conditioning but had fans.

The welcome of Juan and helping us with luggage, explaining the neighborhood etc. Good size of living room and kitchen.

Small shower and no air-con

Het appartement was helemaal top Gezellig ingericht met alle voorzieningen die je nodig hebt voor een verblijf van aantal dagen. Onze host Juan was super vriendelijk en erg aardig en reageerde gelijk als er iets was. Wij hadden helaas de pech dat er brand was uitgebroken in het pand naast ons, en zodoende dat we 4 uur moesten voor dat ons appartement werd vrij gegeven. Juan was gelijk naar het appartement gekomen en heeft voor ons een ander appartement geregeld omdat wij het niet prettig vonden om de 2 laatste nachten daar door te brengen.

Zoals al eerder in diverse reviews gemeld is de locatie niet helemaal top. Dat wilt zeggen, toen wij aankwamen dachten wij ook waar zijn we beland, (verpauperde buurt) Maar 2 trappen af of 1 straatje uitlopen en je staat midden in centrum. En ze zijn alles wel aan het opknappen. Ps wij zouden zeker terug gaan.

The location was quite central and we were allowed to do a late checkout without any fee.

No air conditioning and the apartment did not look as good as in the pictures. The chairs and the sofa had stains and other parts of the apartment would need small adjustments and repairs to look good. It was not deep cleaned, it was pretty obvious in the bathroom, in the rooms corners etc.

The apartment was fabulous, the host/owner Juan was terrific and met me at the property on my arrival, the location was perfect. Definitely recommend.
