Really lovely space, the photos don't really do it justice

Size of apartment, laundry and kitchen facilities, terrace, personal design touches.

Not much airflow in the bathroom and needed a thorough clean. No fresh air into one of the bedrooms.

Location was good with walking distance to everywhere. Kitchen good and a really nice balcony. Host recommended 2 great restaurants.

It was very musty smelling, not clean and uncomfortable. Bed and couch particularly uncomfortable.

Contact with the owner was very easy on the phone and WhatsApp to arrange everything smoothly. I had no idea how big the apartment was when I booked it, but it was by far the biggest we had so far in Portugal. Very spacious and bright and the terrace/balcony was perfect to enjoy the views with some food and drinks. All rooms are equipped with an AC. The kitchen has everything you need and plenty of towels were provided. We only used 2 of the 3 bedrooms but the beds were comfy and the apartment/area is very quiet to get a good nights sleep. The apartment has no elevator but just a small staircase to go down one floor. Supermarkets and all main sightseeings are within easy walking distance. Parking on the street is paid but wasn’t much (make sure to bring coins).

Absolutely nothing, everything was perfect. I would gladly return any time again.

Very stylish, huge apartment close to Coimbra centre! As a family we loved the fact that everyone had own room and the rest of flat was so big that you could find “your”’space without a problem. Beautiful large patio with amazing view of the city. Walking distance to nice restaurants.

Not a really minus but there is one bathroom and toilet for the whole flat, so jt would be a bit more comfortable to have one more bathroom/toilet when traveling in bigger group. But we were able to adjust ourselves :)

Only 1 toilet so abit of a hassle with bigger groups. But alls good with some scheduling amongst ourselves.

The apartment in Coimbra was spacious and well-equipped, with a great balcony overlooking the city. The cathedral is not to be missed, and the university, which sits atop the city (very high), is the oldest in Portugal, one of the oldest in the world. The university library and the chapel of Sao Miguel are all well worth seeing, advise to purchase tickets (and times) before arriving. The botanical garden is a pleasant place to spend some time relaxing.

Clean

The property is spacious with three bedrooms and only one bathroom, with a smaller bath and shower in bath. The property is equipped with Aircons. We received it with dishes still on the drying rack...akward.. The beds are very basic and there was only duvet no top bedsheets and only one pillow - very flat - per person. We also found the streets around very hilly and difficult to drive as it is small and very steep with limited parking in the area. There is no supermarkets nearby which also makes it a wee bit difficult when needing anything. It is okay however I would not use the property again.
