"Great space, great location"

This place is large! It's located close to the elevator/funicular up to the university. This is Portugal, so you have to expect some hilly climbs up to the apartment. Well appointed apartment, and ask if you need something.

The apartment didn't seem to be fully setup for our stay (missing towels, water for example). But our host was always quick with a response, so no real negative here.

"Dilapidated apartment in a great location."

The apartment had plenty of space for our family of five. The location was convenient.

The entire space was in a state of disrepair. Lots of mold in bathroom, specially the shower (it was unusable) and the bed frame in the main bedroom was broken.
