This apartment is very charming. It was wonderful and large with tall ceilings. The location is a very nice neighborhood and there are restaurants not too far away.

There was construction for the building in which the apartment is located and it was noisy with equipment and men talking and working early in the morning. Also consider adding exterior photos so the building can be more easily found.

"Large property, good location. Overall experience not up to standard."

Large and spacious property for a family. very good central location.

The building is under renovation and this wasn’t noted. no washing machine and hot pot for tea. Parking issue not so clear if need to pay on the street or not. There is a Nespresso machine but not even one capsule. Acoustics not good, we heard every small noise out and in. value for money I think that hotel with breakfast would be better in general.

The location was great - 5 min walk to the historical centre. The views from the large balcony were amazing. Very clean apartment and we'll stocked. Everything worked well and no issues.

They only downside was there was some work being done on the building and there was scaffolding around the apartment (still wonderful views of the old town and university).

loved everything about this place except our stay wasn’t longer. I could live in this apartment long term. Awesome location, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, large bathroom, and patio with an amazing view. we could walk to everywhere.

Paul's apartment is a gem. It is HUGE, well-appointed, tastefully decorated and comfortable. It was also spotlessly clean and had super fast WiFi. It was so lovely that my wife commented that she would love to live there herself.

We had a minor communication snafu (our own fault) with Paul when we were arranging our arrival time. We mistakenly told him the wrong time, so when we got there, we had to wait for a while to get in to the apartment. No big deal, and not his fault.
