Apartment Serrão

Апартаменты удобные, очень хорошая локация. В пешей доступности бары, рестораны, набережная , торговый центр, рынок.

Если открыть окна, а их нужно открывать так как кондиционирования нет, то немного шумно от транспорта. Но это неизбежно в такой локации. В целом все отлично

Hote hyper sympathique, avec plein de bons conseils et adresses. Très bonne situation. Calme

Appartement très propre, bien équipé. Possibilité de garer un véhicule dans une enceinte sécurisée. Situation très centrale , prés de la vieille ville. On peut tout faire à pied.

Super emplacement, appartement impeccable, belles prestations, vue mer et l’hôte très sympathique ! Je recommande ++

The place was spacious and tastefully decorated. Views from every room just amazing not to mention the rooftop view on Funchal and mountains. This place has everything you need and is just 10 min walk from zona historica and old town restaurants. The host Francisco greeted us at the apartment, showed around and gave the keys. Checkout super easy too. We really loved the place.

We were over an hour late as we took a wrong turn and were lost but our host was really kind about the delay.

Localização ótima, apartamento espaçoso, boa casa de banho e internet funciona bem. Fomos para o reveillon e o prédio tem um rooftop com uma vista maravilhosa de Funchal. O anfitrião nos recebeu muito bem e foi bastante simpático.

Meu maior problema foi com toalhas e papel higiênico. Haviam apenas 3 rolos de papel higiênico para 4 pessoas por 4 diárias (5 dias). Pedi mais, mas foi dito que a equipa de limpeza só voltaria no dia do check out. Acho que poderia ter sido resolvido de forma melhor. Sobre as toalhas de banho, também nos foram dadas 4, por 4 diárias, sem nenhuma de reserva. Com tempo chuvoso e sem conseguir secar, é pouco/ruim. A cozinha é bem equipada mas um microondas faz falta e poderia ser uma boa adição ao apartamento.

This is our second stay at the Serrao apartment. The location is perfect, close to the port and farmers' market, and right in the old town. A very quiet place, perfect for a stay.
