Chiado terrace

Very quiet and chique appartment close to every major attraction in central Lisbon. Take good walking shoes, because there are a lot of hills to climb in Lisbon 😃

The apartment was excellent and very comfortable with everything we needed. The bed linen and towels were of vey good quality. After walking around Lisbon is was like an oasis to come back to where we could relax out on the terrace. Our host was helpful and communicated well.

The difficulty of getting keys

The apartment is in the old centre but also near the sea. Shops and a lot of rest are near by. You can place your car in the in-building parking garage at extra costs: we did that and all is very safe! The apartment is very nice and cosy, also the small garden, terrace, is very nice: no noise from the city. We would go here again when we visit Lisbon! The female owner is very nice and speaks good English!

Nice having outdoor space. Unit is lovely. Washer flooded kitchen. It was a mess but host responded.

Appliance instructions in English would be helpful.

Pros: Beautiful and spacious; great location; great private terrace Cons: Almost no toiletries (soap; shampoo)

Large and airy, comfortable lounges, nice terrace, secure building in good location.

I found the bath a little awkward getting in and out of, probably because I’m short (152 cms). Think anyone with mobility issues may struggle. I also think it needed a good clean out of items left behind by others in kitchen. Nice to have the basics but was a lot of stuff there!!
