Chiado terrace

Beautiful apartment with a lovely terrace.

Finding the apartment was difficult using the ride share app as we are not accustomed to lisbon addressing standards. Once we found it, we just used the name of the business next door.

Location

Property was great. Just a couple of things such as somewhere to dry clothes and some local information such as restaurants etc

The apartment made us feel as if we were in Downton Abbey. The garden terrace was a highlight. The location was excellent and very quiet at night. The metro and tram stations were in walking distance. However, the steep streets and stairs in this part of the city are not suitable for persons with mobility restrictions. High quality shops, restaurants, and a fado theatre are all nearby. The kitchen was very well equipped, including washing machine / dryer.

The adjacent apartment was being completely renovated and there was a very high noise level during the day. The garden terrace could not be used during the day. The apartment is not serviced and therefore there no change of towels or cleaning. There was no separate shower, only one in the bath tub.

The apartment was spacious and even bigger than it was on pictures. The location of the apartment was great, in the city centre so you can rich all attractions by foot. The apartment was really nice decorated and equipped with everything you need. The small backyard was a hidden gem to enjoy. Check-in and check out were very easy. The bed and pillows were comfortable. And the whole apartment was spotless clean. Great place to stay and enjoy your visit to Lisbon.

Maybe to change towels more often, included in price. On the other hand, you have a washing machine.

A wonderful place to stay. Garden access from every room. A lovely green space to sit and relax. Beautifully furnished and equipped. It felt like a home away from home. Well located and quiet. And Theresa was a lovely host, very informative on our arrival. Highly recommended

The location overall, the cleanliness, the little patio.

The bathroom shower could use an update. Also replace rugs in the living room.

Perfect retreat in perfect location.
