Chiado terrace

Beautiful apartment, great location. The courtyard garden is a beautiful respite after a day wondering the city plus very quiet. The concierge was very accommodating and helpful.

I understand it wasn’t stated in the advertised inclusions but some soap for the shower and coffee pods for the machine would have been great. There were coffee pods but they didn’t fit the machine.

It’s a perfect vacation location for a couple. Very clean, absolutely convenient and nicely organized.

I liked everything

the house is really spacious, clean & beautiful. it’s nicer than the pictures. kitchen well equipped if you need to cook & plenty of space around the house. parking on site for 20 euros/day but easily accessible (can be a struggle for a big car though).

the biggest issue for us was the hot water - it kept going off & becoming very cold midway during shower. we had to toggle with the switches multiple times to get hot water. the listing said free toiletries but there was only hand wash, no other toiletries were available which was misleading. the pillows were a tad strange for us - became very flat during the night (may be different for others but this is what we had). drying rack a bit small.

Big apartment, spotlessly clean, well maintained and wonderfully equipped. An outstanding property with tons of room for travellers. Great kitchen with all the necessary appliances to help you cook a gourmet meal if you want. A good sized bedroom with a seperate shower and toilet area. Small dining table in kitchen but a bigger one in the main room. Flat screen TV with loads of channels and Netflix. The outside area is a beautiful spot to enjoy a garden setting and have a beer or wine. This area really elevates the property as quite unique and it’s really a nice spot to relax after climbing up so many hills around the central. It doesn’t appear that this feature adds to the really reasonable tariff which it could do. Great location in the middle of everything and not far from the metro. An easy ride and walk from the airport. Many thanks to Teresa for allowing us to stay in her lovely Apartment. Teresa is very contactable and was a pleasure to deal with. If this place is available for the dates you want, don’t hesitate. Book it.

Fabulous location and very spacious, great decor. the building manager was very helpful as well. Very quiet and private. close to tram 28.

Quiet luxury oasis in the middle of historic and touristic Lisbon. Gracious, comfortable flat with well appointed kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom, and garden terrace. Well priced - you are getting SO much more for your money as compared to a 5 star hotel at twice the price.

Understand before you book this is a non serviced apartment. We bought wine, cheeses, beads, and sweets from nearby stores. All lovely.

The availability of the landlord

The location is perfect, the flat (no. 1 E) is spacious and very quiet day and night, the private garden (table & 2 deck chairs) is heaven and all furniture & equipment are top notch. Thank you Teresa
