Hard to find. Call mgmt when you arrive. Washer was great but no dryer so you have to hang dry your clothes. Unit has dry racks and a fan.

Very good located, the stuff was very helpful with some nice advises about the city and places to visit. The studio is confortable and has everything you need.

I really liked the location and the apartment was very spacious. There was also great communication between us and the host, Pedro. Laura who met us for check-in was really friendly and helpful. Overall a fantastic stay.

It was only noisy outside one the nights, which was a Saturday night which is to be expected given the central location. Every other night we stayed, we had no issue with outside noise.

Fui muito bem recebido no check-in. Cheguei antes do horário e não houve problema para acessar a casa antes do horário. A localização é muito boa, bem ao lado da orla do rio, local muito movimentado e cheio de opções de lazer e alimentação. A habitação é espaçosa e estava bem arrumada. Cozinha é completa, apesar de não termos utilizado.

Não dispõe de televisão. Tivemos uma experiência muito ruim e estressante ofereceram-nos um serviço de táxi (pago à parte) até o aeroporto, mas ninguém compareceu nem atendeu aos telefonemas que fiz. Tivemos que ficar com as malas na rua, às 4:00 AM e chamar um Uber por nossa conta. Quase perdemos o voo por causa disso. Ou seja: se oferecerem esse serviço, saiba que poderá não ser atendido.
