Location near the river and Saõ Bento train station and famous bridge

Noise as windows not very well noise insulating and no fan and ventilation so in warm weather with opened windows much noise pollution so bring good quality ear plugs. Also, only fan in the flat was not functioning

It was a great location…close to so much!

It was a little hard to find…Google maps sent us to the wrong neighborhood. It was also very loud with noise from the street below, but this is the price of a central location!

The accommodation is very good and clean. The beds are comfortable which is the most important thing. It is located near the river and the ponte luis I bridge. I am very satisfied, I would recommend this accommodation.

Location is excellent with great view of the river. Apartment is spacious with lovely cookers in the kitchen. Staff is very helpful and responsive.

The shower holder is too high to control. The shower tab is too slippery and my kid almost fell. They should make the tab un-slippery. The towel holder is rusty which needs to be replaced.

Good to walk everywhere and nice to be near the water. Recommend walking over the bridge at night, it's beautiful. Host who met us was very helpful. Loads of restaurants nearby.

I prefer a locked box is best for entry. And only one set of keys was not great when there are 3 people. It was a bit hard to find the property at first and relying on someone to meet you when you are battling traffic and having to find the place adds a bit of stress. But the young lady who met us was wonderful and she communicated with us, so we managed everything in the end.

Too many tourists - just like us.

The balcony had a view of the Ribeira. Great location: an easy walk to the bridge for visiting Vila Nova de Gaia. Walked downhill with luggage from Trindade Metro coming from Airport. And walked uphill with luggage to Sao Bento for the train to Lisbon. A couple of popular restaurants are just a few meters outside of the entrance. Pedro was very responsive to all inquiries and arranged a smooth check-in.
