"Good location and comfortable apartment."

Good location. Comfortable beds. No need to meet with anyone to get keys so flexible with arrival time.

Cold at times. Loud upstairs neighbour. No coffee pods.

"Exceptional"

Excellent location in the heart of Alfama, easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the castle. Quiet location and flat was clean and fully equipped with everything in good working order. Hosts were very responsive.

There are many stairs to get to the flat, would be an issue for people with mobility issues and/or heavy luggage.

Yes very easy and the instructions were PERFECT. I did struggle to put the keys back into the holder so ended up locking them in the property. A bigger key lock might be needed if 3 sets of keys need to be left :)

There was nothing we didn't like - it is a lovely place to stay and more importantly, there is an awesome pasteleria / cafe just on the same road which serves lovely coffee and pastela de nata!

"Great place to stay if you want to explore some of the best sights in Lisbon on foot especially the old town."

The location was great, and the property was quiet, clean and comfortable.

There was a slight smell of drains occasionally, and no where to hang towels in the smaller bathroom.

"Superb"

Good amount of space. Two full bathrooms is nice when sharing unit between couples or friends. Location is good. Washing machine worked well. Check in/out was easy.

The bedding was pretty old and worn, but fully functional. I always want a fan in the bedrooms for air circulation.
