We enjoyed our stay a lot and really felt at home in that luminous, spacious, well located, cozy, convenient and tastefully decorated appartement. Basically most of the appartment was recently renovated. The beds are new and super comfortable. One bedroom has a large bed facing the backyard (can be a bit noisy due to communicative neighbors), the other one has 2 single beds facing the quiet street (no traffic during night and at daytime very quiet as well). Both have warm duvets (still needed in May). The bathrooms are small but fully sufficient, one is new, the other one is still fine. All rooms are freshly painted and there is a pleasant smell in the appartment. Good breakfast locations nearby, we recommend the typical local bakery just next door. You enter the appartment with an easy to understand self check-in which gives you all the flexibility concerning your arrival time. There is also no extra charge for late arrivals, 2 sets of keys are provided. You find yourself in a typical local neighborhood sharing the house with other local parties. It is not a rich environment and you can also see homeless people and drug consumption but we never felt uneasy because of this. If you do not like Graffiti and a multicultural neighborhood then you might want to go for a different location. We found the location perfect, very close (5 min) to the next metro station and start of Tram 28 (totally crowded, option is to take the 12) and next to the stairs/cable car to the lovely Graca quarter with the view points and nice restaurants/bakeries. Little shops nearby and almost open 24h.

The appartment was perfect, the only thing i would recommend are fly screens in the bedrooms, we had some moskitos encounters, not massive but one a night can ruin your sleep

The location was excellent! The flat was comfortable and very clean.

The streetlight outside one bedroom was bright at night, but if you have a mask it's fine!

This was the perfect spot for two couples as a jumping board to everything in Lisbon. We were hesitant when the taxi brought us through this old neighborhood with its bumpy narrow roads. But it took no time to feel totally safe walking and eating with the locals. A pure experience close to all the amenities and travel necessities. And Carla and Antonio were excellent to work with. Great stay and full stars!

Flat was exactly as photos. Everything we needed was there. Good communication with owner, prompt and very helpful. Very quiet in evenings.

I appreciate everything is done online these days but some leaflets for attractions, maps of city and a map of the trams/metro lines would have been handy to plan days out. Nothing to do with the apartment but be prepared for uneven pavements everywhere, very sore on feet when walking for any length of time.

We loved the spaciousness with 2 big bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, large living area and separate kitchen with washing machine. A home away from home! It was clean, well equipped with all you need to make for a comfortable stay and a welcome haven to come home to after a day of being a tourist! The property owners are great and very helpful.

Whilst it’s in a good location close to Graca, St George’s Castle, Alfarma and other popular tourist areas all within walking distance- we weren’t enamoured of the surrounding streets near the apartment. But once inside the apartment, we loved it and felt very secure and happy.
