"Pesima estancia"

Los colchones eran comodos.

El piso necesita una reforma integral. Huele a humedad, las paredes estan muy sucias, llenas de desconchones y manchas. El suelo manchado y sucio. Todo deteriorado y en muy mal estado. El acceso para personas mayores o maletas fatal. No todas las habitaciones tienen armario. Los muebles en mal estado y rotos.

Lugar excelente, perto do Mirante, é uma região com ótimas opções noturnas, facil locomoção, uma pequena escada... para chegar mas nada que prejudique.

"It’s a nice place for the price and location!"

The location is really good as you’re close to really nice point of view. The door is located in middle of the stairs but that what give some charm to the accommodation and it’s expected in Lisbon!

The house was smelling a bit like “close” when we arrived but after aerating a bit it was better. The pictures does make the appartement look younger that it is really but overall it’s a good apartment.

La struttura era molto centrale ed era effettivamente molto spaziosa.

Il check-in era dalle 15.00, noi siamo arrivati alle 16.00 e la stanza era ancora sporca, con noi è entrata la signora delle pulizie che non capiva nulla neanche di inglese e non ci comunicava nulla… la struttura era abbastanza vecchia, trascurata e a tratti sporca, l’ ultima sera abbiamo anche trovato una blatta in cucina… serve molta più cura e manutenzione, peccato per il potenziale…

"Viaje familia de 5"

Por la ubicación, no se escuchaba absolutamente nada por la noche y está alejado del barullo de la gente. Para ir al centro son unos 15-20 min andando. El agua de la ducha salía con mucha fuerza y bien calentita.

La limpieza, ya que algunas sábanas estaban sucias y las almohadas de las camas eran muy pequeñas y muy bajas. La cocina tiene la vajilla justa.

Lokalizacja, blisko tarasu widokowego i ladnej trasy w kierunku glownych atrakcji miasta. Dobry kontakt z wlascicielem.

Brak miejsca do przechowywania ubran w 2 pokojach. Meble i sciany wymagaja odswiezenia.

Locatie was perfect, op loopafstand van de belangrijkste bezienswaardigheden. Communicatie met host was fijn, snel en vriendelijk. Metro op 10 minuten lopen bergaf.

Het appartement was heel oud (ook de meubels) en vochtig, met hier en daar schimmel. Ga hier niet naar toe als je reist met iemand die longklachten heeft.
