It was secure and not far to walk to city centre,train station only couple of minutes,large windows slide open giving an airy breeze and view onto main rd(a little noisy)

The air con unit vents needed a clean as the one in the sitting room above the dining table was blowing out sooty,fluffy dirt.A slight leak in shower door,easy fix. Only two(very small)pillows I had asked for an extra two pillows and was told there was a charge of extra €30 which I felt was excessive.

El sitio está bien a nivel de ubicación, no es céntrico, pero tampoco está lejos y se puede llegar fácilmente. Está limpio y en general las condiciones está bien.

Estuvimos 7 días y nos quisieron cobrar por un juego de toallas nuevas. No entiendo que en una semana no podamos tener un par sobre todo en un sitio tan húmedo como Oporto. Había bastante ruido de la calle, con lo cual si vienes aquí trae tapones. Finalmente, las almohadas eran malísimas. También quisieron cobrarnos por unas cubre almohadas, pero finalmente no los dieron. Tuvimos que poner unos cojines con funda almohada para poder dormir.

Overall impression is positive. The location is great: close to the station and city center, there are cafes to have breakfast and stores to buy the basics. The apartment is nice. The beds are medium comfy, but that is very subjective as always. In general, the apartment was tidy and there was everything one needs for a short stay (we stayed 4 nights).It was a pleasant stay. Not amazing, but quite good. Definitely good for the price we paid.

The huge minus was that when we arrived the sink was full of stinky water, there was some problem with the drain, and they didn’t fix it until next morning. It was really unpleasant. The customer support was good though, quick response. But for this issue, I would rate as 7.5.

Goede locatie, dicht bij de metro, wel eindje klimmen omhoog. Accommodatie is netjes en functioneel ingericht.

Veel lawaai van drukke straat, slechts 2 handdoeken voor 2 volwassenen voor 5dagen/4 nachten. Daarnaast zeer jammer dat er geen keukenhanddoeken of vaatwastabletten aanwezig waren. Nog veel materiaal om af te wassen zelf moeten bijkopen.

Posizione ottima

I cuscini sono un po scomodi, all’interno dell’armadio ne abbiamo trovati altri ma purtroppo su uno vi era un capello.
