Costa Apartments

Amenities were excellent. Well equipped kitchen with washer and dryer. Service was excellent. Beatriz answered to our questions immediately. She was very helpful.

Location was good. Near main attractions, restaurants, grocery stores, nearby bakery and city gates.

Well equipped apartment, not far from shops, restaurants , bars etc. Very good communications with the owner throughout our stay. Nice to have towels changed 1/2 way through. especially helpful with an early check in as we arrived before the designated time

Building work next door was quite noisy but obviously this will not be permanent

L’emplacement est central, l’appartement est très grand et bénéficie de tout le nécessaire. Beatriz est très dispo et de très bons conseils, dans l’appartement beaucoup d’information sont à disposition sur les visites ballades et restaurants à faire

Le bruit des travaux à côté (mentionné dans l’annonce) - qui commence à 7h45 en semaine

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento 8 giorni e nulla da dire, anzi, era pulito e molto comodo, per la grandezza delle stanze ma anche per la posizione, a piedi in 5 minuti eravamo in centro. Non mancava assolutamente niente, era come se fossi stata a casa mia con tutte le comodità. Beatriz la padrona di casa sempre gentile e disponibile. Se dovessi tornare sicuramente soggiornarei nella stessa casa. Tutto perfetto!

A causa dei lavori che stavano facendo per una ristrutturazione c'era molto rumore ma non è dipeso dalla struttura.

Appartement moderne, impeccable, meublé avec goût. Livres. Responsable accomodante. Réduction du prix pour cause d'un chantier bruyant dans l'immeuble mitoyen.

Chantier bruyant dès 8 h du matin dans l'immeuble mitoyen. Problème résolu grâce à la bonne volonté de la responsable (réduction du prix).

Propres et bien équipé

Des travaux à côté de l'appartement nous empêchaient de profiter, c'était impossible de se reposer. Un lit etait trop dur.

El apartamento se encontraba cerca del centro. Era amplio y luminoso. Las camas eran cómodas y había aire acondicionado. Nos cambiaron sabanas y toallas a mitad de la estancia. La anfitriona mantuvo comunicación con nosotros por WhatsApp, aunque no la conocimos personalmente.

Encontramos cucarachas en cocina y cuarto de baño. Cuarto de baño muy viejo (taburete y espejo oxidados, grietas en el lavabo, falta de presión de agua en la ducha). Ruidos de obras en el edificio contiguo desde las 8 de la mañana de lunes a viernes.

The apartament is very large, which is unusual in Ponta Delgada (and most old towns in Europe), and very comfortable. The host was very responsive and had very helpful recommendations on places to visit, things to do and restaurants to ea at. She even gave me a referral to me to a car rental agency that came with a small discount

Very nice apartment with everything you need. Good location. Free parking on the street. We liked the communication with the owner, very sympathetic and attentive.

The house next door (just behind the wall) is being renovated, and it's very noisy on weekdays from 8 a.m. I recommend taking earplugs.
