Costa Apartments

The property has a cockroach problem , and the owner had to sent a person in to clean some dead roaches it was a bit of nightmares for me

Near the town & airport

the apartment has great location in the center of Ponta Delgada, the host Beatriz was in one word fantastic - she communicated with us via whatsapp before we came to give us all needed instructions, info about apartment, taxi, rent of the car etc. She also passed by to be sure everything is OK, we stayed for 12 nights and in the middle the housekeeper came to clean and change the towels and bed sheets. The apartments is fully refurbished, so there is no problem to wash the laundry, cook if you want etc. In the end of our stay we had a small trouble with leaking water pipe in the bathroom, so I informed Beatriz and it was fixed the same day. If you rent a car, there might be little problem to find the place in the street, but we always found some in the neighborhood. But this is just a price for the great location. So I can definetely recommend the property for your stay.

In the apartment there is also a patio - it is not a disadvantage, just our bad luck - we could not use it much as it was all nights little bit raining, so in the morning we can not have a breakfast outside, as the chairs were wet, and as it is in the groundfloor there is not much sun in there.

Costa Apartments is conveniently located, close to the airport and highway that make it a great base to explore the island. It is spacious, clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is well equipped and there were clear instructions available for the appliances. Beatriz was great to communicate with, very welcoming and helpful, a great host!

The bedrooms face the street so there is some noise at night, but generally not a big inconvenience.

The flat has literally everything you need as a family. Although we booked it very late, we were accommodated without any problems and given very useful information. The location is superb. We definitely recommend it!

We liked everything.

Great location, close to the city center with many parking options nearby. Large apartment with comfortable beds. The owner was very nice and happily helped us. Check in and check out were easy and efficient.

Some of the bathroom facilities (mirror, bath tap) could use a little renovation, but it wasn't much of a concern to us.
