FLH Downtown Modern Art Flat

The apartment was modern, very well maintained with quality facilities. It was centrally located in the heart of Lisbon.

Nothing, it was exceptional!

Location is super central. Walkable to the waterfront, restaurants, and sights. Would only be a downside if you want to avoid busy/touristy areas but it was perfect for us. Super easy to check-in (done remotely via whatsapp and a smartlock. Keys are inside). Apartment was very clean and spacious and matched the photos. Each bedroom had it's own bathroom so perfect for two couples.

Wifi only works from the living room/kitchen area. It is extremely weak or nonexistent in the bedrooms.

Location was the best! Very comfortable apt. We enjoyed our stay…Thank you!

Coffee pot was cheapest one I’ve ever used. They could invest in something a little better. Could use a few pillows on the couch, but otherwise a great apt.

Better check- in instructions should be included and more options for communications instead of just What’sapp.

-Excellent location, central & steps away from the metro and the hustle and bustle of Rua Augusta with plenty of food options. If you peer out the window you can even see the Santa Justa lift farther up the street -Had no issues receiving the entrance code via Whatsapp, the building was quiet, clean, and felt safe -The apartment was clean, very nicely decorated and spacious with various places for us to sit/hang out between adventures -Airconditioning and comfy beds/pillows had us sleeping so well that we bounced back from jet-lag in no time. It ended up being the best beds we had the whole trip -We packed light so the washer was very handy. There wasn't any detergent provided but we were fine as we brought detergent sheets with us

-In contrast to the beds, the living room sofa was uncomfortable. It was fine for sitting for a little bit but would not recommend for sleeping, fortunately we had enough beds for everyone -Kitchen was almost perfect for our needs - but lacked a microwave, we made due by reheating leftovers in the oven -There was a dish left in the sink when we arrived (perhaps the cleaner forgot it?) which we quickly placed in the dishwasher -Shower temperature was tricky, it ran either really hot or cold and the ceiling paint in one of the bathrooms above the shower was bubbling up -Wifi was extremely slow and did not work in the bedrooms at all

Room sizes were slightly small for 2 people and luggage. Didn’t provide paper towels or many amenities (small soap and no hair or body wash, or laundry pods)
