"Very good"

Very nice and equipped flat in the centre of Lisbon, but it was still very quiet. The remote staff was available to help us during the remote check in and out.

"Nice central base to explore the city."

Best location. 3min walk to the metro station. Next to the central shopping area but not noisy. Shore within 10min walk. Well-equipped kitchen. Spacious and cozy dining area.

Small TV that can be a bit annoying for group entertainment. Bad Wi-Fi/cellular reception in the bedrooms even with the provided extender. Not enough supplies such as dishwasher tabs, trash bags, toiletries. Tub in the master bedroom unusable because water constantly drains away.

"Superb"

It was a great location. The rooms were large and the beds were comfortable. It was great having 2 bathrooms!

The master bathroom shower had a leak in the ceiling, causing mold and water leaking on the floor. The check-in process was lengthy and required duplicate forms being filled out and making multiple calls, not through whatsapp, before finally being granted electronical access to the apartment.

"Perfect spot for a girls trip"

Great little apartment in a ideal location for exploring the city. Stayed here for a girls trip and all six of us were comfortable. The apartment was clean and modern and really nicely decorated.

They could add a full-length mirror
